NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
FOR DELIVERY OF ORDERS WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

All local orders over NZD $100 are shipped free using a standard service.

All local orders under NZD $100 are charged as specified at check out, and are shipped using standard service, unless otherwise specified

We mostly use NZ Couriers as our courier service

Allow 2-3 business days for standard South Island shipping and 3-4 business days for the North Island. (it may take up to 14 days to arrive)

Rural Address and PO box numbers please add business 2-4 days.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.

Once your order has left the store it is at the mercy of the couriers. Please check your tracking information and contact the couriers if it has not arrived when expected.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Allow 2-3 business days for standard South Island shipping and 3-4 business days for the North Island.

Rural Address and PO Boxes, please add 2-4 more days.

We try our best to get your orders out to you ASAP, however, during our peak times (Christmas, Sale week etc), we may need an extra day to process them.

These estimates are for a perfect world when courier companies work on time and natural disasters and pandemics are at bay. Once it has left the shop it is sometimes up to the shipping gods!

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I ORDER?

We can’t change addresses in the system once your order has been placed, however, send an email to ratuskiclimb@gmail.com
WHERE IS MY ORDER:

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipment Order Email. This will have a link to your tracking details, you can use this link to find the location of your parcel and contact the courier company to see how far away it is.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 24hrs, please check your junk box in your email, as some times we need to get in touch with you and emails do happen to end up in there!
